Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with severe traumatic brain injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients not giving consent, penetrating head trauma , Fixed, dilated pupils on admission, cardiac arrest before/during hospital stay, conditions with chronic anaemia, Contraindications to Jugular venous line placement (Coagulopathy, local infection, etc), Associated with High Cervical spine injury
