Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders in the older age range of 60 to 80 years old Healthy People Mild Cognitive impairment and no clinical rating of dementia status was done Individuals should be able to perform Teen Sharir Dhyana without any difficulty Consent of each person

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any severe disease Any Severe illness for the past three months Neurodegenrative illness like dementia parkinson disease and cerebrovascular disease
