Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 30 years Gender both male and female participants PAR-Q Clearance Regular participation in kabaddi training Willingness to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent injury interfering with practice Acute systemic illness Participation in other personal training programmes
