Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willingly giving informed written consent to participate in the study. 2. Patients above twenty years of age with shoulder pain lasting for more than three months and less than two years. 3. Limitation of passive and active movements at the glenohumeral joint compared with the unaffected side, more than thirty degrees for at least two of the following three movements: forward flexion, abduction, and external rotation, with local tenderness present at the coracoid process. 4. Normal shoulder imaging and laboratory tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of shoulder trauma and infection. 2. Patients with a history of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis of the shoulder, and other musculoskeletal disorders except adhesive capsulitis. 3. Patients with known Cardiovascular System disorders, Central Nervous System disorders, or Cervical Spine disorders that affect shoulder function. 4. Non cooperative or cognitively impaired patients. 5. Pregnant women.
