Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stroke patients with acute, sub-acute, or chronic suffering from ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke cerebrovascular accident CVA stroke brain attack. 2.Adults aged between 18 and 85 years. 3.Mini-Mental State Examination MMSE score of 24, which corresponds to having sufficient cognitive function to comprehend and adhere to instructions 4.Patients fluent in Hindi or native speakers of Hindi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not speak or understand the Hindi language orally or in writing. 2. Patients who don t cooperate or are unable to follow the verbal instructions of the assessor 3. Bedridden patients 4. Uncontrolled comorbidities, dementia, any mental deficit, which may affect cognitive performance
