Intervention1: Scaling and Root Planing followed by Oxygen Releasing gel application: All The Procedures Will Be The Same As Those Performed In The Comparator Group. This Will Be Followed By Local App

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage-III or Stage-IV periodontitis Presence of a minimum of 20 natural teeth with at least 5 natural teeth in each quadrant periodontal pockets more than or equal to 4 mm in depth on at least one of the six sites examined per tooth with involvement of a minimum of two teeth in different quadrants ASA I ASA II subjects non smokers Subjects who have provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of periodontal therapy within the last 6 months. Subjects with a history of antibiotic therapy within the last 3 months. Teeth with more than grade III mobility. Subjects who smoke or use any form of tobacco products. Subjects who are Pregnant or lactating. Subjects with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of Blue-M gel. Subjects with a known history of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of local anesthesia.
