Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 Scheduled for functional endoscopic sinus surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to local anaesthetics Bleeding disorders or coagulation abnormalities Infection at the needle puncture site Presence of neuropathy Chronic renal disease
