Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are hospitalized for a minimum of 3 days 2. Patient who are on oral or injectable antidiabetic agents 3. Patient diagnosed with type-2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type-1 diabetes 2. Patients with diabetes and in the ICU 3. Patients with gestational diabetes
