Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders Athletes aged 18-30 year Free from acute musculoskeletal injury for more than 3 months Willing to participate PARQ

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participant involve in any other personal training method Any kind of medication Any systemic illness Any kind of recent musculoskeletal injury interfering the exercise protocol
