Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria 2) Subjects with History of excessive bleeding during menstruation from past 6 months. 3) Regular menstrual history for the past 3 months before the onset of AUB 4) Edometrial thickness less than or equal to 15mm 5) Hemoglobin level greater or equal to 8 g/dL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with IUCD and on oral Contraceptive pills for past 6 months. 2) Known case of Reproductive system organ malignancy. 3) Subjects with Known case of metabolic and systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension. 4) Subjects with diagnosis of miscarriage or active bleeding followed by abortion. 5) Known case of Coagulation Disorder, History of previous thrombosis 6) Fibroid measuring greater than 5 cm 7) Lactating women
