Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 18-70 yr. 2.Participants suffering from signs and symptoms of Fissure-bed-abscess. 3.Participants willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease and Tuberculosis 2.Participants with Carcinoma of rectum & anal canal 3.Participants with other illness like Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Hepatitis B positive Participants.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Reduces the chances of fistula tract formationTimepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Day 2, Day 4, Day 6, Day 8, Day 10 or until healing; followed by monthly follow-up for 6 months to assess recurrence.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Reduction in burning sensation, discharge, wound size, and induration along with improvement in wound healing in patients with Bhagandara PidakaTimepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Day 2, Day 4, Day 6, Day 8, Day 10 or until healing; followed by monthly follow-up for 6 months to assess recurrence.	—
