Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young nursing student studying B.Sc. nursing at Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh and residing in campus hostel 2. who agree to consume a daily cup of tea for 4 months 3. who agree to not consume vitamin tablet/syrup during study period 4. Who are not pregnant or planning pregnancy 5. Who donot have any chronic illness during last 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who has febrile illness ongoing or past 3 months 2. Who had consumed multivitamins in past 6 months 3. Who are pregnant or planning pregnancy in next 1 year 4. Who has chronic medical illness or excessing menstrual bleeding warranting medical attention
