Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 21 to 50 years Patients having sperm count more than 5 millions and less than 15 millions per mL Patients having total sperm motility more than 15 percents and less than 40 percents Those who give written consent Patient underwent at least 2 weeks washout period before randomization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Azoospermia on laboratory diagnosis Patients of known case of genetic abnormality like Klinefilter s Syndrome Patients diagnosed with any Uro-genital infection Patients diagnosed from structural anomalies like Hydrocele Varicocele Carcinoma of testis Undescended testis Epispadias Hypospadias Patients having history of trauma like Urethral injury/genital injury acquired blockage in vas deference and epididymis(infection/surgical), Retrograde ejaculation, Testicular Torsion, Trauma and Malignancy Patient with history of systemic disorders like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension Renal disease, Liver disease, and Cardiac disease Patient having history of any STDs, HIV and Hepatitis B infections Patient having past history of mumps

Primary outcome: The primary outcome of the study is to evaluate the efficacy of Sufoof Makhana in patients suffering from oligospermia by assessing changes in total sperm count. Timepoint: Follow Up: on 15th , 30th and 60th days

The secondary outcomes is to evaluate efficacy of Sufoof Makhana in patients suffering from oligospermia by assessing changes in sperm motility and sperm morphology.Timepoint: Follow Up: on 15th, 30th and 60th days
