Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Either sex of age group between 30 to 70 years 2.T1DM with T2DM with peripheral neuropathy,both newly diagnosed and treated patients. 3.patients with controlled blood sugar fir a period of more than 1 year 4.patiens willing to give informed consent and able to participate for 12 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other metabolic and endocrine disease 2.Patiens with autonomic, proximal and focal neuropathic 3.Neuropathy due to unknown cause or cause other than Diabetes 4.Patiens with wound/Ulcer or other infections 5.Patients with other acute or chronic complications of Diabetes like nephropathy, gangrene etc 6.Alcoholic or drug abusers 7.Pregnant or Lactating women
