Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 55 years diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. 2. Presence of neck pain and radiating upper limb symptoms (tingling,numbness, or weakness) for at least 4 weeks. 3. Positive Spurlings test, upper limb tension test, or cervical compression test confirming cervical radiculopathy. 4. Ability to perform therapeutic exercises as part of the rehabilitation protocol. 5. No prior surgical intervention for cervical radiculopathy. 6. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine surgery or spinal cord injury. 2. Severe cervical instability or myelopathy confirmed through radiological assessment. 3. Presence of systemic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoporosis, or malignancy affecting the cervical spine. 4. Neurological disorders (multiple sclerosis, stroke, or Parkinson s disease) that could affect motor function and rehabilitation outcomes. 5. Pregnancy due to potential contraindications with the treatment protocols.
