Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma [SCC] of Oropharynx 2. Patient with american Joint Committee on Cancer [AJCC] Clinical stage I IVB (HPV negative), stage I - III (HPV positive) oropharyngeal cancer. 3. Patients with eastern cooperative oncology group [ECOG] performance status of 0-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with distant metastasis. 2. Patient with ECOG performance status of 3-4. 3. Patients who have undergone prior surgery to Head and neck region. 4. Patients previously treated with prior radiotherapy to head & neck region. 5. Pregnant and lactating mothers.

To estimate Tumor ResponseTimepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the acute, late toxicities & survival.Timepoint: Acute toxicities- from start of treatment to 3 months late toxicities- after 3 months of radiotherapy
