Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of age group 60 to 75 years irrespective of gender Diagnosed with insomnia as per ICD-11 criteria Willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus Individuals diagnosed with other chronic systemic illness Currently on medication for insomnia Skin conditions and acute illness like fever Diagnosed with psychiatric disoreders like depression, anxiety disorders Non-compliance with the study
