Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic stroke patients with MMSE score more than 23, and able to walk independently for 10m with or without assistive devices. Patients with diagnosis of Parkinson disease of Hoehn and Yahr stage two or three with ability to walk at least 10m and MMSE score more than 23. Patients with diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia with ability to walk at least 10m and MMSE score between 18 to 24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, or musculoskeletal conditions that contraindicate walking assessment, Orthopaedic surgery or fracture of the lower extremities in the last 6 months, Severe cognitive impairment preventing comprehension of instructions (as determined by MMSE score criteria), Any condition other than the primary diagnosis that significantly affects gait (e.g., severe arthritis).
