Intervention1: Yoga Program: Participants allocated to the yoga group will receive a structured and supervised yoga intervention designed to improve trunk muscle flexibility, strength, and endurance.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Includes females of age between 18 and 25 years Enrolled as full-time university students Able and willing to attend the full intervention schedule No prior history of involvement in yoga or core-strengthening exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of back pain Any history of trauma to spine, major abdominal surgeries, herniated disc or structural spine disorders Neurological disorders affecting trunk control Known uncontrolled cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic or endocrine disease Athletes Congenital deformities Pregnancy Recent fracture from 6 months
