Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with scoring of 19-23 in Mini Mental State Examination and 18-25 in Montreal Cognitive assessment scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with diagnosed cases of substance dependence, mood disorders or any other major psychiatric disorders like depression, anxiety disorders or drug induced cognitive decline as in Parkinson s disease. Those with decline in cognitive functions due to Trauma, Surgery. Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Pregnant and lactating women. Those who are contraindicated for ghee.
