Inclusion criteria: Participants in the age group of 30-55 years Participants diagnosed with prediabetes (either or all HbA1c 5.7 6.4%, FBS 100 125 mg/dL, PPBS 140-199mg/dl) (ADA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation Participants with chronic systematic illness
