Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age is 18 to 25 years, young adults At least one year of regular badminton play No reported history of upper limb surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players who have not consistently played two or more sessions per week in the past year. Reported upper limb musculoskeletal or neurological injuries requiring medical attention within the last six months.
