Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years and older who have reported for a Periodontal examination. 2. Presenting for periodontal evaluation or with periodontal complaints. 3. Able to provide a complete medical and dental history (or a caregiver who can). 4. Able and willing to sign informed consent. At least 6 teeth present.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone any form of Periodontal therapy in the last 6 months (since they will become treated periodontal patients) 2. Acute non-periodontal oral infections that prevent standard exam. 3. Incomplete patient history or inability to provide key history elements required for ChatGPT input.
