Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Conscious and oriented All adults who have undergoing lung surgery. Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to understand verbal instructions 2) Burns or any other skin diseases 3) Patients on invasive ventilator support 4) Individuals with psychiatric illness or treatment for mental disorder. 5) Non-ambulatory patients or those requiring supplemental oxygen at rest. 6) Severe comorbidities (e.g., advanced heart failure, severe or neurological conditions). 7) Contraindications to functional tests (e.g., unstable angina, recent myocardial infarction). 8) Patients with ischemic heart disease. 9) Cor pulmonale with hypoxia. 10) Patients with locomotor dysfunction. 11) Neuromuscular abnormalities.
