| The primary outcome of this study is the relief in both signs and symptoms associated with anal fissure. This includes a reduction in pain during and after defecation, decreased bleeding per rectum, healing of the fissure as observed on clinical examination, and improvement in associated symptoms such as itching, irritation, and discomfort in the anal region. The effectiveness of the intervention will be assessed based on the degree of symptomatic relief and clinical healing over a specified period.Timepoint: 60 days | — |
