Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur gymnast aged 12- 18 years. female gymnast PAR-Q+ questionnaire No history of lower limb injury in the last 3 months. Those who are willing to attend full intervention and testing schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychologically unstable On any other personal training methods Any drugs or medications Presence of chronic illness and musculoskeletal disorders.
