Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescent speed skaters. 2.Age between 10 to 14 year. 3.Both male and female. 4.At least 2 years of experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncooperative subjects. 2.Recent lower limb injuries.
