Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age in b/w 17-60 years Patients having internal piles of 2nd degree will be included in the study. Patient willing to participate in the study. Control DMT2 and Hypertension Patient fit for local anesthesia Patient not having any comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with other systemic illness like CA rectum, hepatitis, heart diseases. Patient with 3rd and 4 degree piles, external inflamed/prolapsed/thrombosed piles, Patient with involvement of fissure-in-ano and fistula-in-ano were excluded. Known cased of Tuberculosis. Pregnant women were also excluded from study.
