Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA 1 and ASA 2 2.18 to 45 years undergoing elective general surgeries like 3.Modified radical mastectomy 4.Lap appendicectomy thyroidectomy 5.Lap cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia 6.BMI less than 29 or equal to 29 7.MPG 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA 3 and ASA 4 2.BMI more than 29 3. neuromuscular disease 4. hepatic and renal disease 5.allergy to drug used 6. pregnancy and lactation 7.difficult airway MPG 3 and 4
