Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 2 12 years. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II. Undergoing elective surgery requiring oral endotracheal intubation (ETI). Written informed parent/guardian consent obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent by parents or guardians Anatomical airway abnormalities (e.g., micrognathia, retrognathia, cleft lip or palate, hydrocephalus, craniofacial anomalies, syndromic facies, high arched palate, obstructive sleep apnea History of difficult airway Respiratory or cardiovascular comorbidities Unanticipated change in airway plan during induction
