Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Stage I Essential Hypertension Age: Male Patients of age group 20 60 years Symptoms comparable to Rakta Gata Vata Willingness to give informed consent Patients with less than 3 years of exposure (Rescue medicine will be given in emergency condition)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age younger than 20 or older than 60 years Secondary Hypertension Hypertension with severe complications (stroke, MI, hypertensive emergency) Female patients Uncontrolled comorbidities (psychiatric illness) Patients with Chronic Hypertension ( greater than 3 years of exposure)
