Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of COPD per GOLD criteria post-bronchodilator FEV1 divided by FVC less than 0.7 Stable disease no exacerbation in past 4 weeks Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not give consent Asthma and COPD overlap syndrome ACO as primary diagnosis Recent respiratory infection less than 4 weeks Current systemic corticosteroid use for four weeks Inability to perform FeNO measurement or spirometry

To compare the time to first moderate or severe COPD exacerbation during 12-month follow-up in low FeNO and high FeNO group.Timepoint: 0 3 6 12 months

To compare the Rate of exacerbations per person per year between two groups To compare the Change in FEV1 from baseline to 12 months between two groups To compare the Change in symptom burden using CAT and mMRC scores between two groups at 3 6 12 months To correlate blood eosinophils level with FeNO Timepoint: 0 3 6 12 months
