Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fullfilling the clinical signs and symptoms of OA Knee with Characteristic X ray findings. Both the sexes in age group 50 - 70 years. Patients who are not under any other treatment for the same complaint Patients who are giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious complicated diseases such as heart diseases, severe lung diseases, metastatic bone lesions etc. Cases of Rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and Systemic diseases like SLE Diagnosed cases of liver diseases like cirrhosis Severe osteoarthritis requrring surgical interventions

The outcome of the treatment will be assessed based on the symptomatic improvement of the patients using internationally accepted criteria the LAIKO and VAS scores.
