Intervention1: Core Stabilization on Swiss Ball: This group will undergo core stabilization exercises on a Swiss ball combined with conventional therapy. Duration of the exercise program: 3 days per

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Back pain more than 3 months Non-specific low back pain i.e. mechanical Patients with minimum to moderate disability up to 40 percent on ODI Patient with VAS grade of 5 and below

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of fracture spine, rib or injury Past history of abdominal surgery Any other systemic illness Central or peripheral neurologic signs Specific causes of low back pain
