Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients complaining of heavy menstruation with other symptoms of asrigdara at least two consecuative cycle the duration of bleeding must be greater than 7 days and quantity must be greater than 80 to 100 ml per cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients having gross abnormalities of uterus and pelvis patients sufferinf from severe anemia patients with IUCD or OC pills

MeasureTime frame
symptoms of Asrigadara like heavy bleeding and duration bleeding will be decreased and control over asrigadaraTimepoint: 3rd day 5th day and 7 th day of menses
