Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of Age group-40-55years. 2. Menopause rating scale score is greater than 5 3. a.Patient showing any one menstrual cycle variation as per STRAW guideline. b.History of persistent menstrual cycle length variability greater than or equal to 7 days. c.History of consecutive skipped cycle more than 60 days. 4. Patient who are willing to provide written inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of Endocrinal disorders. 2. Known case of Hypertension. 3. Known case of Congenital heart disease. 4. Known case of Immunocompromised patient.
