Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any injury/wound/fracture of foot or palm Patient not fit for Marma Chikitsa. Psychological illness like depression, anxiety, substance abuse etc.

Pressure pain threshold will be analysed at Talhridya Marma and a protocol for pressure administration for Marma Chikitsa at Talhridya Marma will be developed at the end of 6 months.Timepoint: Quantitative analysis of pressure application at Talhridya Marma in Marma chikitsa as per Prakriti at the end of 6 months.
