Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gustilo-Anderson Type two compound fractures Hemodynamically stable Wound size less than 10 cm which are superficial and non-infected at enrolment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gustilo Anderson Type one & three fractures Patients with systemic infection or sepsis Uncontrolled diabetes or immunocompromised state Allergy to blood products or previous transfusion reactions Pregnant or lactating women.

Evaluated using a standardized and validated wound assessment tool (Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tool), which includes parameters such as tissue type, exudate, size, and skin color to quantitatively assess the progression of wound healing.Timepoint: At the end of 3 weeks

Adverse Events Related to both the study groupsTimepoint: day 0 and alternate day;To assess and record the time taken for wound healing in both groups.Timepoint: Every alternate day till 3 weeks
