Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Competitive archers aged 18 to 30 years with minimum three years of experience, actively participating in district, state or national level competitions, medically fit for physical training, with no history of shoulder or upper limb injury in the last six months, and willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injury affecting the shoulder, elbow or wrist, history of upper limb or spinal surgery, endocrine or metabolic disorders, use of hormonal or performance enhancing drugs, participation in any other structured strength training program during the study period, inability to attend training sessions, or any medical condition contraindicating high intensity exercise.
