Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Actively training in boxing from more than 6 months Registered in a recognized boxing club or academy to ensure consistent training background Willing to participate in study by providing assent with parental or guardian consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent injury or surgery effecting regular training Use of any medications for any chronic medical condition or any substance effecting reaction time Any diagnosed medical conditions aggravated by strong light stimulus Any visual or auditory disturbances
