Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 75 years Patients undergoing breast cancer surgery including modified radical mastectomy Histologically confirmed breast malignancy Fit for general anesthesia Willing to give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous breast surgery Previous radiotherapy to chest wall Coagulopathy Morbid obesity (BMI greater than 40) Active infection Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
