Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient the complete one year cessation of menstruation patient with age of 45 to 60 years. Serum FSH level more than 30 mIU per ML. Women experiencing symptoms in after natural and surgical Menopause. Both married and unmarried with post menopausal symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with post menopausal vaginal bleeding Women with any malignancy Patients with any critical illness
