Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients both males and females aged 20 45 years. Patients indicated for extraction of mandibular teeth ASA-I physical status patients Patients willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Impacted mandibular 3rd molars Pregnant or lactating females, Patients with a history of drug allergy Patients not willing to participate in the study Patients with trismus (mouth opening less than 30 mm).
