Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status III 2. Elective surgery under general anaesthesia. 3. Endotracheal intubation required 4. Patient willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of Dexamethasone allergy 2. Pre- existing sore throat or upper respiratory infection 3. Anticipated difficult airway 4. Multiple intubation attempts 5. Patients on chronic steroid therepy 6. Emergency Surgeries
