Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate hypertension by cardiologist and taking antihypertensive medications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, Patients diagnosed with sever hypertension (SBP greater than or equal to 180 mmHg and/or DBP greater than or equal to 110 mmHg), Individuals who practicing breathing retraining program for last 6 months), Individuals with respiratory disease, cardiac, renal or cerebrovascular disease, pregnant women.
