Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with primary cleft palate requiring surgical repair 2. Classified as ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Physical Status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergies to local anesthetics 2. patients with syndromic cleft palate 3. patients with severe comorbidities 4. patients with history of previous palatal surgeries
