Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Married male patients aged 21-60 years 2.Men with an IELT (Intra-vaginal ejaculatory latency time) of less than 1 minute will be included in the study 3.Men with a premature ejaculation diagnostic tool (PEDT) Score greater than or equal to 11 4.Patients who give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with erectile dysfunction and other sexual debility. 2.Patients having diseases like Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Uncontrolled Hypertension, Chronic Liver and Kidney disease and COPD 3.Patients with systemic or metabolic diseases. 4.History of psychiatric illness 5.Patients with history of intake of any drug causing sexual dysfunction and affecting psychological status 6.History of addiction (alcohol, smoking, drugs). 7.Patients who refuse to give consent for the study.
