Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.adults aged 20 to 45 years 2.Range of motion within normal limits in upper and lower limbs 3.Able to walk independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Musculoskeletal conditions - osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, spinal stenosis, joint deformity 2.Neurological conditions peripheral neuropathy, uncontrolled seizures or 3.Cardiovascular conditions Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension ,Palpitations 4.Any previous history of fractures Trimalleolar fracture ,femur/ tibia fracture 5.Severe and frequent back, knee or ankle pain 6.Subjects who can t able to understand English
