Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed migraine with or without aura per ICHD-3 criteria. 2. All the genders and socio-economic status are included. 3. Patients who, upon screening, score in the moderate or high perceived stress category on the Perceived Stress Scale 10 (PSS-10). 4. Willing to provide informed consent and attend follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary headaches (e.g., due to head trauma, sinusitis, intracranial pathology). 2. Severe psychiatric or systemic illness. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Patients unwilling to discontinue regular allopathic prophylactic therapy. 5. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
