Intervention1: Huqna (Enema): Huqna refers to an enema. It is a process of introducing salt water per rectum. It Is Given once in a week for 4 consecutive weeks, including the Baseline Intervention2:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetes Mellitus till the range of 200mg/dl. Participant Of Sciatica Presenting with all Or some of the following signs And symptoms: a)Unilateral Leg Pain. b)Low Back Pain Radiating To The Lower Limbs. c)Tingling And Shooting Pain In Nature.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 20 years and above 60 years. Hemorrhoids. Patients with systemic disorders like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus above 200mg/dl, Hypertension, Asthma, chronic liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease (CAD), gastrointestinal disease, IBS,Ca Rectum Trauma, Surgery , Infection. Spinal Deformity. Pregnant Women. Lactating Women.
